Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to look good and feel good. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returns and size exchanges (if desired size is available) will gladly be accepted on any unworn and unwashed product, with original tags intact. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a different size.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email email@example.com along with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will ship you the new item free of charge.
Refunds for Damaged Items
We will happily issue a refund if your item is damaged or you received the incorrect item by mistake. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item and description of the issue (defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We offer standard and expedited shipping through USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based upon the weight of your order and shipping address by carrier.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Please allow 24 hours for fulfillment of your order.
