At this time EIGHT does not accept returns on undamaged goods. All sales are final.
We will happily issue a refund or replace the item if your item is damaged or you received the incorrect item by mistake. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@eightbeer.com with photos of the item and description of the issue (defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
We offer standard and expedited shipping through USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based upon the weight of your order and shipping address by carrier.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Please allow 24 hours for fulfillment of your order.
